An open studio environment where artists and producers from the Netherlands and Switzerland come together inside the installation to create music in real time.
The space functions as a live creative exchange focused on collaboration, process and interaction between different sounds, backgrounds and artistic approaches.
Featuring: Nika Iwan, Afriki, Ooms, Kimono,Noshie, Vetlaney and Aunty Cozy.
Woodland approaches the installation as a temporary sonic workspace centered around live music creation and spontaneous collaboration.
Throughout the evening, artists and producers yamii. and Tinto activate the space through an open recording and songwriting session, inviting visitors into the process of composing, experimenting and exchanging ideas in real time.
Using portable recording equipment, microphones, instruments and digital production tools, the installation becomes both a studio environment and a public moment of artistic process, blurring the line between rehearsal, performance and collective creation.
An afternoon centered around live interaction between sound, movement and visual creation.
From 16:00 - 18:00, multidisciplinary artist Mellanie Sharon creates a live painting piece while violinist and composer Nigel Menthing performs and composes throughout the process. Together, the activation explores the relationship between music, emotion and visual expression.
From 18:00 - 20:00, photographer Selaine Sax transforms the installation into a temporary portrait studio, making the creative process visible through image-making, collaboration and selection. The focus is not on the final image, but on the process behind its creation.
